• Booking data

When using Our Site and participating in our game activity, We may ask you to provide certain personal information that may be used to contact or identify you. This information may include, but is not limited to, your last name, first name, e-mail address and telephone number. All the information requested is used to enable Us to make a reservation for a Musi'Quiz activity, to automatically send you confirmation to your e-mail address, to send you gift vouchers, to respond to requests for information, and to send you the souvenir photo at the end of your participation in the activity.
If you do not provide this information, We may not be able to provide You with Our services. During the booking process, additional optional information may be requested. This personal information is used by Musi'Quiz for internal marketing purposes.

We share your booking information with Our subcontractor, as part of the provision of an outsourced online booking solution.

Reservation data for future services is stored at Musi'Quiz Lille to ensure continuous service in the event that our reservation system becomes temporarily unavailable. Saved data is stored locally. Your personal information will not be transferred or resold.

• Payment data

We delegate the management of payments and payment data to Our secure service providers so that they can provide Us with their services (such as processing and securing payments, anti-fraud checks). Musi'Quiz Lille employees do not have access to any personal payment data. No payment data is stored at Musi'Quiz.
